The DiagCORE analyzer is a small-foot print and portable system running on consumable test cartridges. The system is modular and upgradable to handle low to mid throughput requirements providing Random Access capabilities with remarkably low maintenance needs. The analyzers have no wet interfaces with the test cartridges eliminating all cross-contamination sources while avoiding the need of cumbersome and costly post-PCR rooms.
The DiagCORE test cartridges contain all wet and dry chemistries onboard providing shelf-life stabilities of 12-months at room temperature. The test cartridges automate all sample preparation processes from various specimen types with volumes ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 mL.
This test cartridge automates sample homogenation, cell disruption, nucleic acid purification, and delivers up to 50-plex target detection employing qPCR. Sample to Result in under 30 minutes.
This test cartridge is designed to automate a wide range of molecular assays in the fields of infectious diseases, oncology, coagulation, prenatal, inherited diseases or companion diagnostics.
This test cartridge performs onboard plasma separation and is capable of detecting 4 analytes with lab-quality sensitivities employing Time Resolved Fluorescence techniques. Sample to Result in under 15 minutes.
